  • Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
  • Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
  • Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
  • If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

How the copies work

Write on the white original. Pressure transfers the entry to the yellow copy underneath; a set with 3 layers also transfers it to a pink third sheet. No separate carbon sheet is needed.

Paper and construction

Printed on 20 lb carbonless paper and attached with easy-to-tear glue along the top edge. Each ordered unit is a complete 2-layer or 3-layer set, not an individual sheet.

Print and artwork

Your design is printed on the front of each sheet in black & white or full color. Prepare one front-side layout at the selected finished size with 0.125 inch outer bleed and keep key details inside the safe area.

Handling

Regular handling takes 2–3 business days after payment and final proof approval; shipping time is separate. The price for 3 layers is temporarily the same as for 2 layers until a dedicated schedule is approved.

Frequently asked questions

What do 2 layers and 3 layers include?

A set with 2 layers has one white original and one yellow copy. A set with 3 layers adds a pink third copy. One ordered unit is the complete set.

How do carbonless copies work?

Writing pressure on the white original transfers the information to the yellow sheet and, for sets with 3 layers, the pink sheet. No loose carbon paper is needed.

What size, paper and binding do you use?

Choose 5.5 × 8.5 or 8.5 × 11 inches. We use 20 lb carbonless paper, glued along the top edge so each set can be detached.

Are both sides printed?

No. The same design prints on the front of every sheet in the set, in your chosen black-and-white or full-color mode.

Can I start from a template?

Yes. Choose an invoice, work order or delivery receipt layout in the size you selected. Studio opens the print-size template so you can add your details, logo and notes.

How long does production take?

Regular handling is 2–3 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Shipping time is additional. The option with 3 layers currently uses the same introductory price as 2 layers.
