At Easy Print Miami, we specialize in custom-made and personalized products.
Due to the nature of our services and production process, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a design has been approved by the customer and production has begun.
Custom Design Process
Every order at Easy Print Miami includes a dedicated design team that works closely with each customer from the beginning to the completion of the project.
Our process includes:
- Personalized design support
- Digital design preparation
- Revisions based on customer feedback
- Final approval prior to production
It is the customer’s responsibility to request, review, and carefully approve the final digital design before production starts.
Design Approval
Before production begins, customers must approve the final digital design provided by our team.
Once the design is approved:
- Easy Print Miami is not responsible for spelling, typographical, grammatical, name, date, or content errors.
- Easy Print Miami is not responsible for color variations, sizing, proportions, or layout differences that were approved in the final design.
- No changes, corrections, or reprints will be made for errors present in designs that were approved by the customer.
Design approval is considered full acceptance of the final artwork.
Colors & Materials
Color variations may occur due to:
- Differences between screen displays and printed output
- Printing methods and materials used
These variations are normal in the printing process and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom and made to order:
- No returns are accepted
- No refunds are issued
- No exchanges are offered once the design is approved and production begins
Exceptions
Only verified manufacturing defects will be reviewed, excluding any errors related to approved designs.
All claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the defect.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Requesting the final digital proof
- Reviewing spelling, colors, sizing, and all design details
- Ensuring all information is correct before approval
Easy Print Miami is not responsible for errors that were approved, either explicitly or implicitly, by the customer.
