Print-ready PDF is preferred for most products. We can also review AI, EPS, PSD, PNG and JPG files. For apparel, DTF and logo work, transparent PNG or vector artwork usually gives the cleanest result.

Yes for most printed products. Keep important text, logos and QR codes inside the safe area, and extend backgrounds to the bleed edge so cutting does not leave white borders.

For small-format print, aim for 300 DPI at the final size. Large signs can sometimes use lower DPI depending on viewing distance, but low-resolution logos, screenshots and compressed files may print blurry.

Yes. Orders should be reviewed and approved before production begins. Once an approved design enters production, spelling, dates, layout, colors and uploaded-artwork issues are considered accepted by the customer.

Printed color can shift because screens use RGB light while print uses ink, vinyl, fabric, paper and production settings. We work for a strong match, but small color differences are normal in custom printing.

Shipping options depend on product, address and carrier availability. When shipping is selected, tracking details are attached to the order after the package leaves our shop.
