All orders require 100% payment before production.
Production starts once the bank or payment processor confirms the payment.
If our team prepares the design, production starts after both sides approve the final design and order details.
If the customer uploads artwork and approves the terms as ready to produce, production starts after payment confirmation.

Easy Print Miami is responsible for the printed product, production quality and manufacturing defects that we can verify.
Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier because we do not control packages once they leave our facility.
Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
If the customer pays Easy Print Miami to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.

Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

This is the finished 3.5 by 2 inch card after cutting.
Safe area: 3.36" × 1.86"
Keep important text and logos inside this area so they are not trimmed.

Material and finish

Clear plastic lets the transparent stock become part of the design; opaque white ink behavior is confirmed during proofing.

Print setup

Choose front-only or front-and-back printing, then upload a complete design or open Studio to build it. Every card uses a 3.5 by 2 inch trim with 0.125 inch bleed on every side.

Proof approval

We check the selected stock, edge shape, printed sides and artwork before production begins. Customer-approved spelling, contact details and artwork remain the customer's responsibility.
