Easy Print Miami is responsible for product quality and verified manufacturing defects that we can inspect.
Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
If the customer pays Easy Print Miami to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.

Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

Extend every background 0.125 inches beyond the trim on the top, bottom, left and right.

Five useful formats

Choose 3 × 4 in for compact inserts, 4 × 6 in for the familiar postcard format, 5 × 7 in for invitations, 4 × 9 in for rack-card style mailers, or 6 × 9 in for a larger promotional canvas.

14 pt gloss or matte stock

The sturdy 14 pt card stock feels substantial in hand. Gloss adds a brighter reflective surface for saturated imagery, while matte keeps glare lower and gives text-heavy layouts a quieter finish.

Designed to print cleanly

Every size uses a 0.125 inch bleed on all four sides. Extend backgrounds through the bleed and keep important text or logos at least 0.125 inch inside the finished trim.

Proof before production

Use Studio to switch sizes, prepare front and back artwork, and review the selected finish mockup. Production starts after payment and final proof approval.
