Customer is responsible for selecting the correct color, style, size and quantity before checkout.
Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Ready-made products do not include custom artwork upload, proofing or design changes unless quoted separately.

Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.
