  • Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
  • Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
  • Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
  • If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

From delivery to event day

  1. 01

    Check the package

    Confirm your selected package and a compatible 10 × 10 ft frame before setup.

  2. 02

    Position the graphic

    With a second person, partly open the frame and orient the printed front, right, back, and left sides.

  3. 03

    Open and secure

    Fit the canopy to the frame, extend the legs evenly, and anchor it as the venue and conditions require.

  4. 04

    Pack with care

    Remove the graphic before retracting the frame. Hand-clean with mild soap and warm water; dry completely before storage.

Artwork that prints where you expect

Design each of the four sides independently. Each side combines its roof peak and valance in one supplier template. Keep names, offers, and logos inside the marked safe area. Supply CMYK PDF or JPG files; raster artwork should be 150 DPI at final size. Do not add crop marks or extra bleed beyond the template.

Our prepress team checks side orientation and template fit before production. The Studio preview shows placement; the final sewn piece is subject to the approved production proof.

Two packages

Graphic only supplies the four printed canopy sides for a compatible 10 × 10 ft frame. Graphic + Frame adds the 40 mm aluminum hex frame, standard carry bag, four ropes, and four stakes.

Fixed finish

Reinforced strip and stitching are white. Full walls, half walls, mesh sidewalls, and sandbags are not offered in this listing.

Artwork for each side

Use separate designs for front, right, back, and left. Each supplier template joins the roof peak and valance for one side. Keep logos and text inside the blue safety contour; supply CMYK PDF or JPG at 150 DPI.

Before production

We check all four orientations against the supplier template. Shipping is quoted after the physical package is verified; the mockup shows artwork placement but does not replace a sewn proof.
