  • Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
  • If the customer pays Easy Print Miami to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.
  • Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
  • Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
  • Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
  • Local Miami customers can pick up qualifying Next Working Day orders the next working day at our shop.
  • If the order is not a local pickup, the finished order ships out that day and carrier transit time starts after handoff.

The finished piece is 4 x 9 inches. Build backgrounds on the full 4.25 x 9.25 inch canvas so color extends 0.125 inch beyond every trim edge, and keep important text at least 0.125 inch inside the cut.

Standard handle cut built into Studio

Studio shows the standard centered 1.25-inch handle opening and the horizontal slit to the right edge. Prepress keeps that cut guide separate from the full-bleed artwork and verifies alignment before production.
